Law firm websites

A dignified law firm website that presents your practice areas and team

We design a WordPress company profile website for law firms and legal consultancies: up to 3 pages in one language, presenting the firm, its lawyers with their Bar registration numbers, practice areas and a consultation request form. It costs JOD 150 / ⁦$212⁩ when hosted on our Managed Site plan (current offer), or JOD 250 / ⁦$353⁩ at the regular design price, and design, delivery and 2 revision rounds take 10 working days after we receive your full content. A bilingual site, a page per lawyer or an articles section comes with a larger site by written quote, and in every case your firm reviews and approves each text against its professional rules before launch.

  • Up to 3 pages in one language: home, practice areas, and consultation and contact
  • Design, delivery and 2 revision rounds in 10 working days after we receive your full content
  • Launched on Start Bigger's Managed Site with WhatsApp support, and the domain registered in your firm's name

We reply within within 4 business hours during business hours. No payment before a written quote, and nothing goes live until your firm approves it.

Everyday situations at a law firm, and what the website does

People who hear your firm's name look it up and find only a phone number in an old directory.

A website under your firm's name with practice areas, lawyers and address: an official place you own and update.

The same questions keep coming by phone: do you handle labor cases, which papers should I bring, when are you open?

The practice areas page answers them, so your staff send a link instead of explaining each time. A larger site can add general-information articles.

Consultation requests land on someone's personal WhatsApp, often with photos of contracts nobody asked for.

A consultation form that asks only for name, phone and area of law, warns against sending documents, and goes to an email your firm chooses.

A foreign company asks for an English profile of the firm before the first meeting.

An English site with lawyer profiles, languages and practice areas, or an English version alongside Arabic in a larger site, that you can share as a single link.

What does a law firm website include?

The company profile package covers up to 3 pages: home with the firm and its lawyers, practice areas, and consultation request and contact with the privacy notice. A page per lawyer or per practice area, an articles section and a second language come with a larger site by written quote. Each page informs; none of them solicits.

  1. Home: the firm and its lawyers

    In the package

A short introduction to the firm, a paragraph per lawyer with name, Bar registration number and languages, a summary of practice areas, and a button to request a consultation by form or WhatsApp.

  2. Practice areas

    In the package

One page with a section per area, such as commercial, employment, family, real estate and company formation, explaining what the firm handles.

  3. Consultation, contact and privacy

    In the package

A short form with no file upload, a warning not to send documents and a consent box, then address, map and opening hours, plus the privacy notice and disclaimer: who reads requests, and that site content is general information that does not create a lawyer-client relationship.

  4. A page per lawyer

    In a larger site

A separate profile for each lawyer: name, Bar registration number, qualifications, languages and areas of work, with a real photo.

  5. A page per practice area

    In a larger site

A dedicated page for each area with more detail, which the firm can send to anyone asking about that area specifically.

  6. Legal articles

    In a larger site

General-information articles written by the firm, each with the author's name, publication date and a note that it is not legal advice.

  7. Second language version

    In a larger site

A full English version alongside Arabic, or the reverse, each in its own direction, with translations the firm supplies or approves.

Features a law firm website needs, and why

A separate page for each practice area

Someone looking for an employment lawyer in Amman needs a page about that area specifically, one that search engines can index and the firm can share as a link, with no promise of a particular ranking. In the package, practice areas share one page; a separate page per area comes with a larger site.

The Bar registration number for each lawyer

The registration number lets visitors check that the lawyer is registered. In the package, each lawyer appears on the home page with name, number and languages; a separate profile with qualifications and areas of work comes with a larger site. Everything is stated as it is, without titles or superlatives.

An articles section that separates information from advice

Each article shows its author, date and a note that it is general information. That line protects readers from treating an article as an opinion on their case, and protects the firm from misunderstanding. The articles section comes with a larger site by written quote.

A consultation form that accepts no attachments

Case documents are confidential and do not belong in a web form. The form asks for the minimum, warns against sending sensitive details, and the firm follows up directly. It is included in the package.

Arabic and English, each in its correct direction

Companies and foreign investors read about a firm in English before they get in touch. The package is in one language of your choice; a bilingual site comes with a larger site. Your firm supplies or approves the legal translation.

A calm design that suits the profession

A restrained palette, clear type, no animations or pop-ups. Visitors usually arrive with a serious question, and a calm layout gives them the information without distraction. It is included in the package.

Sample design

A sample law firm website

This is a sample we built for a fictional law firm. All of its content is invented, and it is not a client's site. The sample is a larger bilingual site with sections the package does not include, such as articles and a page per lawyer; the package itself is up to 3 pages in one language.

  • A home page with practice areas and a consultation request button
  • A fictional lawyer profile with fields for Bar registration number, qualifications and languages
  • A sample legal article with author, date and a not-legal-advice note
  • A consultation form with the no-documents warning and a consent box
  • Arabic and English versions with a switch button between them

Professional rules and privacy: what to keep in mind

In Jordan, Article 60(1) of the Bar Association Law prohibits a lawyer from seeking to attract litigants or clients through advertising or paid intermediaries, and Article 25 of the professional ethics code treats soliciting work through advertising or indirect publicity as conduct that harms the honor of the profession. So we build an informational site: practice areas, lawyers and address, with no soliciting or superlative wording, and no client names or case details.

Does an informational website itself count as advertising under those articles? We found no text that settles it, and our source is a legal explainer on a law firm's blog, not the Official Gazette. The question is for the Jordan Bar Association, and we suggest your firm asks before launch. Start Bigger is not a legal body and gives no legal opinion; your firm reviews and approves every text and image against its professional rules.

In Saudi Arabia, Rules 37 and 38 of the Rules of Professional Conduct for Lawyers, issued by Ministerial Decision 3453, regulate lawyers' online publishing and advertising within limits, including upholding the profession, protecting client privacy and avoiding anything misleading. This is how published coverage describes them; we have not read the exact wording, so your firm should check it.

A consultation form may collect sensitive facts. Jordan's Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023 requires notifying people before their data is processed and sets stricter conditions for sensitive data. So the form asks for the minimum, shows a privacy notice and a consent box, and accepts no attachments.

What does your law firm prepare before we start?

  • Lawyers' names, qualifications, working languages and each lawyer's Bar registration number
  • Real portrait photos of the lawyers, and office photos if you want to show them
  • A list of practice areas, with 3 to 5 lines per area in plain language
  • Legal articles written and approved by the firm, with each author's name, if you choose a larger site with an articles section
  • The disclaimer wording for the articles and the site, as your firm approves it
  • Your privacy policy text, and the email or number that should receive consultation requests
  • Address, opening hours, office map location, and your logo if you have one
  • Approved translations of your texts, if you choose a larger bilingual site

How much does a law firm website cost?

A law firm company profile website of up to 3 pages in one language costs JOD 150 / ⁦$212⁩ when hosted on our Managed Site plan (current offer); the regular design price is JOD 250 / ⁦$353⁩. The Managed Site subscription is separate at JOD 99 / ⁦$139⁩ a year, and design, delivery and 2 revision rounds take 10 working days after we receive your full content. A bilingual site, a page per lawyer or an articles section is a larger site, priced in a written quote before any payment.

Larger site

More than 3 pages, or a site in two languages

Written quote

Before any payment. We reply within 4 business hours

A firm serving companies or foreign parties that needs Arabic and English, a separate page per lawyer and per practice area, or a legal articles section. That is a larger site, priced in a written quote before any payment.

  • More pages than the company profile website, as you need
  • A second language, such as linked Arabic and English versions
  • A blog or articles section you publish from your dashboard
  • A page per person, such as doctors, lawyers or team members
  • Extra features agreed in the quote
  • A written quote with scope, price and timeline within within 4 business hours, before any payment
Ask for a quote

The JOD 150 / ⁦$212⁩ price is a current offer that applies when your site is hosted on our Managed Site plan at JOD 99 / ⁦$139⁩ a year; the regular design price is JOD 250 / ⁦$353⁩. You pay 50% to start and 50% when you approve the site before launch. If you ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and before the site is delivered (that is, before we send you the published link and your WordPress dashboard login), we refund what you paid; after delivery the design fee is not refundable. Refund policy

When do you need a larger site with a quote?

  • A second language, making the site Arabic and English
  • A separate page per lawyer instead of a paragraph on the home page
  • A separate page per practice area instead of one shared page
  • A legal articles section, or moving previously published articles from an old site or from files
  • More than one office with different addresses and maps, or a consultation form with separate paths per practice area

How we work: six steps from first message to launch

  1. 1

    Scope and written quote

    Us and you

We talk on WhatsApp about your business, pages and language. If your site fits in up to 3 pages in one language, it is the company profile website at its published price; otherwise we price it as a larger site. Either way, you get a written quote with pages, timeline, price and what you need to prepare.

  2. 2

    Deposit

    You

Once you accept the quote, you pay 50% of the price and we send you a list of the content needed for each page.

  3. 3

    Full content delivered

    You

You send texts, images, logo and contact details. The 10-working-day timer starts the day your content is complete and covers design and revisions through delivery.

  4. 4

First draft on a preview link

    Us

We build the site on a preview link you can open on your phone and computer before it goes public.

  5. 5

    2 revision rounds

    Us and you

You send your notes as one list per round, and we apply them on the same preview link. The timer pauses while you prepare your notes and resumes when they arrive.

  6. 6

    Approval, final payment and launch

    Us and you

When you approve, you pay the remaining 50%. We then launch the site on Managed Site under your domain and send you the published link and your WordPress dashboard login. That is delivery.

The 10 working days cover design, delivery and both revision rounds. They start the day we receive your full content, not the day you pay. The timer pauses while we wait for missing content or your revision notes, and resumes when they arrive. Revisions, ownership and payment

Common questions about law firm websites

Does a law firm website count as prohibited advertising under Jordan's Bar rules?

We found no text that settles it. Articles 60(1) and 25 prohibit seeking clients through advertising and indirect publicity, and the source we reviewed does not address informational websites. The Jordan Bar Association has the final word; what we build is an informational site that your firm reviews and approves.

Who writes the legal articles?

Your firm writes and approves them, because legal content is the lawyer's responsibility. The articles section comes with a larger site by written quote; we set it up with titles, author and date, and prepare it technically for search. Every article carries a note that it is general information, not legal advice.

Will the site show client names or past cases?

We don't include them in our design. Client confidentiality and professional rules in Jordan make that content risky, so we use practice areas and lawyer profiles instead. Adding anything of that kind is your firm's decision and responsibility under its Bar's rules.

How is a person who requests a consultation kept confidential?

The form asks only for name, phone and area of law, accepts no attachments, and warns against sending documents or confidential details. The site runs on SSL, requests go to an email your firm chooses, and the form includes a consent box and a privacy notice.

Does this work for a legal consultancy or a solo lawyer?

Yes. The same structure suits legal consultancies, with an advisory services page instead of litigation areas. A solo lawyer may only need a single page, or a site of up to 3 pages in one language, depending on the number of practice areas.

Can the site be in Arabic and English?

The company profile website is in one language of your choice, Arabic or English. A bilingual site is a larger site, priced in a written quote before any payment, with each language displayed in its correct direction. Your firm supplies or approves the legal translation, because accurate terminology is its responsibility.

Will the firm appear on Google Maps?

We place your office map on the contact page. Appearing on Maps happens through a separate Google Business Profile that your firm decides on and manages. Google's guidelines allow a profile for the firm and one for a public-facing lawyer, forbid adding marketing words to the name, and exclude virtual offices.

My firm is in Saudi Arabia. Is anything different?

Yes. Saudi Rules of Professional Conduct for Lawyers allow online publishing within limits under Rules 37 and 38, including protecting client privacy and avoiding anything misleading. Publishing details of trials or judgments needs permission under Article 9 of the Printing and Publication Law, as Okaz reports. We write the site with this in mind, and your firm reviews and approves it.
