Clinic websites

A clinic website that presents your doctors and services and makes booking easy

We design WordPress company profile websites for dental, dermatology, physiotherapy and specialist clinics: up to 3 pages in one language, with a home page covering your services, a doctors page with license numbers, and a booking and contact page whose short form never asks about symptoms. It costs JOD 150 / ⁦$212⁩ when the site is hosted on our Managed Site plan (current offer); the regular design price is JOD 250 / ⁦$353⁩. Design, delivery and 2 revision rounds take 10 working days from receiving your full content.

  • Up to 3 pages in one language: Home with services, Doctors, and Booking and Contact with the privacy policy
  • Design, delivery and 2 revision rounds within 10 working days of receiving your full content
  • Launched on Start Bigger Managed Site (LiteSpeed), domain registered in your name, WhatsApp support in Arabic and English

We reply within within 4 business hours during business hours. No payment before a written quote listing pages, price and timeline.

Everyday clinic questions your website can answer

Reception answers the same calls every day: where are you, when are you open, which days is each doctor in?

A contact page with the map, opening hours and a short schedule for each doctor, plus call and WhatsApp buttons that stay on screen on mobile.

Patients ask whether you accept their insurance before they book.

A section listing the insurers you work with, which you update yourself from the dashboard whenever agreements change.

Instagram posts don't explain the difference between braces, implants and root canal treatment, and they get buried over time.

A permanent page or section for each service with a balanced explanation, a link you can send to patients, and a chance to appear in search, with no ranking promises.

Patients want to check that a doctor is licensed, especially with fake medical pages spreading online.

A doctors page showing each specialty as stated on the license, the license number, and a place for the QR code issued by the Jordan Dental Association.

What does a clinic website include?

The package covers up to 3 pages, which a clinic site uses like this: Home with your services and clinic profile, Doctors, and Booking and Contact with the privacy policy. Separate pages per service or per doctor, patient-education articles and an English version come with a larger site, priced in a written quote.

  1. Home: the clinic and its services

    In the package

A short introduction to the clinic and its specialty with real photos of the premises and no patient faces, a section per service explaining what it involves and who needs it with no promised results, opening hours, accepted insurers, and WhatsApp booking and call buttons at the top.

  2. Doctors

    In the package

Each doctor's photo, name, specialty as stated on the license, qualifications, professional license number and working days, plus the Jordan Dental Association QR code where available. Patients open this page before they decide.

  3. Booking, Contact and Privacy Policy

    In the package

A form that asks only for name, phone number and preferred time, with a consent checkbox, plus WhatsApp, a Google map and opening hours. The same page carries a privacy policy explaining what data is collected, why, and how patients can ask for deletion or file a complaint.

  4. A page per service (larger site)

    In a larger site

A full page for braces, implants or root canal treatment at a dental clinic, acne treatment in dermatology, or injury rehabilitation in physiotherapy, with a link you can send patients when they ask.

  5. Individual doctor pages (larger site)

    In a larger site

In clinics with several doctors, each doctor gets a page with a short bio, working days and services, so they can send the link straight to their patients.

  6. Patient-education articles (larger site)

    In a larger site

Short articles written or reviewed by the doctor, such as "When should a child first see a dentist?", answering the questions patients ask most often.

Features a clinic website needs, and why

Sticky WhatsApp and call buttons on mobile

Patient questions are usually short: is there a slot today, is the doctor in? A button that stays on screen gets them to reception in one tap, without hunting for the number.

A booking form with no health data

Jordan's Personal Data Protection Law treats health data as sensitive. So the form never asks about symptoms or diagnosis, asks for explicit consent before sending, and medical details stay inside the clinic.

Working days for each doctor

When several doctors work on different days, patients can see when their doctor is in before they call, and you update the schedule yourself.

Arabic and English on a larger site

The package is in one language, Arabic or English. A second language comes with a larger site priced in a written quote, and it helps clinics that see expatriate residents or patients travelling to Jordan for treatment read your services and how to book in their own language.

A dashboard with ready-made fields

Add a new doctor, change Ramadan hours or update the insurer list from set fields, and the design stays exactly as it is.

Page titles, descriptions and Google Search Console

Each page gets a title and description that show in search results, and we add a sitemap and connect Google Search Console, with no ranking promises. We write the clinic name, address and hours exactly as they appear on your Google Business Profile, since Google's guidelines forbid stuffing the clinic name with marketing keywords.

Sample design

A sample clinic website

We built a sample clinic website so you can open it on your phone before you message us. It is a sample we made ourselves: the clinic, doctors and content are fictional, and it is not a client's site. It shows a fuller site than the package, so some parts, such as separate service pages, come with a larger site.

  • A doctors page with specialty, license number and a place for the QR code
  • A three-field booking form (name, phone, preferred time) with a consent checkbox
  • Service pages with balanced explanations, no price offers and no exaggerated claims
  • A WhatsApp button fixed to the bottom of the screen on mobile, and a one-tap call button
  • Opening hours, the map and the list of accepted insurers

Patient privacy and medical advertising rules: what to watch

The booking form on a clinic website asks only for name, phone number and preferred time. Jordan's Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023 classes health data as sensitive and requires explicit, documented consent, prior notice and published complaint procedures, so we add a consent checkbox and a privacy policy and leave out any symptom fields.

We avoid discount offers and promotional prices on dental clinic pages in Jordan. In February 2026 the Jordan Dental Association announced a crackdown on misleading ads and on discounts that break the approved fee schedule, and said it would issue every dentist and clinic a QR code to verify their license. The doctors page has a place for that code.

We leave out superlatives and promised results, and we never name medicines. Jordan's Medical Association Law gives the association's council the power to decide what doctors may advertise, and the Jordan Food and Drug Administration bans direct promotion of medicines to patients.

Before-and-after photos and patient reviews go up only with the patient's written consent and a note that results vary, as the Dubai Health Authority standards require. In Saudi Arabia we leave them out until the clinic confirms it has Ministry of Health approval, because the Ministry requires prior approval for medical advertising. We write and design with these rules in mind, and the clinic reviews and approves all content under its own professional rules.

What should your clinic prepare before we start?

  • The clinic name exactly as it appears on the license, and your logo in good quality if you have one
  • For each doctor: a recent photo, name, specialty as stated on the license, qualifications and professional license number
  • The Jordan Dental Association QR code for each dentist and for the clinic, if you are a dental clinic in Jordan
  • Your list of services, with 3 to 5 lines on each written or reviewed by the doctor
  • Clinic opening hours and each doctor's working days, phone and WhatsApp numbers, and your map location
  • The list of accepted insurers, and permission to use their logos if you want to show them
  • Real photos of the clinic: reception, treatment rooms and equipment, with no patient faces
  • Written patient consent before any before-and-after photo or review is published, if you want to show them

How much does a clinic website cost?

Most clinics are well served by the company profile website: up to 3 pages in one language for JOD 150 / ⁦$212⁩ when hosted on our Managed Site plan (current offer), or JOD 250 / ⁦$353⁩ at the regular design price. It is delivered with 2 revision rounds within 10 working days of receiving your content. Managed Site is a separate annual subscription at JOD 99 / ⁦$139⁩. If your clinic needs a second language, a page per doctor or patient-education articles, that is a larger site, priced in a written quote before any payment.

Larger site

More than 3 pages, or a site in two languages

Written quote

Before any payment. We reply within 4 business hours

A multi-specialty medical center or a clinic with several branches, a clinic that sees patients from outside Jordan and needs Arabic and English, or one that wants a page per doctor and patient-education articles. We set the pages and price them in a written quote before any payment.

  • More pages than the company profile website, as you need
  • A second language, such as linked Arabic and English versions
  • A blog or articles section you publish from your dashboard
  • A page per person, such as doctors, lawyers or team members
  • Extra features agreed in the quote
  • A written quote with scope, price and timeline within within 4 business hours, before any payment
Ask for a quote

The JOD 150 / ⁦$212⁩ price is a current offer that applies when your site is hosted on our Managed Site plan at JOD 99 / ⁦$139⁩ a year; the regular design price is JOD 250 / ⁦$353⁩. You pay 50% to start and 50% when you approve the site before launch. If you ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and before the site is delivered (that is, before we send you the published link and your WordPress dashboard login), we refund what you paid; after delivery the design fee is not refundable. Refund policy

When do you need a larger site with a quote?

  • More pages than the package covers, such as a separate page per service or per doctor
  • A second language: an English version for patients who don't read Arabic, or another language for patients from abroad
  • A patient-education articles section written or reviewed by the doctor
  • Several branches, each with its own address, hours and doctors
  • A full appointment system showing each doctor's free slots, instead of WhatsApp or form booking

How we work: six steps from first message to launch

  1. 1

    Scope and written quote

    Us and you

We talk on WhatsApp about your business, pages and language. If your site fits in up to 3 pages in one language, it is the company profile website at its published price; otherwise we price it as a larger site. Either way, you get a written quote with pages, timeline, price and what you need to prepare.

  2. 2

    Deposit

    You

Once you accept the quote, you pay 50% of the price and we send you a list of the content needed for each page.

  3. 3

    Full content delivered

    You

You send texts, images, logo and contact details. The 10-working-day timer starts the day your content is complete and covers design and revisions through delivery.

  4. 4

First draft on a preview link

    Us

We build the site on a preview link you can open on your phone and computer before it goes public.

  5. 5

    2 revision rounds

    Us and you

You send your notes as one list per round, and we apply them on the same preview link. The timer pauses while you prepare your notes and resumes when they arrive.

  6. 6

    Approval, final payment and launch

    Us and you

When you approve, you pay the remaining 50%. We then launch the site on Managed Site under your domain and send you the published link and your WordPress dashboard login. That is delivery.

The 10 working days cover design, delivery and both revision rounds. They start the day we receive your full content, not the day you pay. The timer pauses while we wait for missing content or your revision notes, and resumes when they arrive. Revisions, ownership and payment

Common questions about clinic websites

Can I publish service prices or special offers on the site?

That decision belongs to the clinic and its professional association. In Jordan we do not put discount offers on dental clinic pages, because the Dental Association is pursuing discounts that break the approved fee schedule. If you want to list prices, we show them as you approve them, in line with the approved fee schedule and after you check your association's rules, without promotional wording.

Can I show before-and-after photos and patient reviews?

Only with each patient's written consent and a note that results vary, as the Dubai Health Authority standards require. In Saudi Arabia we leave them out until the clinic confirms Ministry of Health approval. The section stays hidden until we have the consents.

Is booking a full appointment system or WhatsApp?

On the company profile website, patients book through WhatsApp or a short form, and reception confirms the appointment. A full system with each doctor's free slots is not part of the package; it is priced in a written quote for a larger site before we build it.

How is patient data handled in the booking form?

The form collects no health data at all: only name, phone number and preferred time, with explicit consent and a privacy policy. Data is sent over an encrypted (SSL) connection on Start Bigger hosting.

Can I update doctors and opening hours myself?

Yes, from the WordPress dashboard using ready-made fields: add a doctor, change Ramadan hours or update the insurer list without touching the design. We send you a short walkthrough at handover, since content edits after launch are not part of Managed Site.

Will my clinic show up on Google Maps?

Maps visibility depends on your clinic's Google Business Profile, not on the website alone. We link the profile to the site and keep the address and hours identical in both, and we make no ranking promises.

Who writes the medical service descriptions?

The clinic supplies the content, because the doctor knows the treatments and is accountable for them to their association. We send a short template for each service, lay it out on the page, and you review and approve it before launch.

Why do I need a website if I already have Instagram?

A website carries your clinic's name and stays yours: the domain is registered in your name and you receive full admin access. It holds the doctors page, licenses, booking form and privacy policy, which posts can't hold. Instagram stays a useful extra channel.
