How your card is processed
- Card payments (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) are processed by Stripe, certified to the highest level of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
- You enter your card details in a secure Stripe form. We never see your full card number or security code and never store them on our servers. We keep only a Stripe reference to renew your subscription if you choose to save your card.
- Your bank may ask for extra verification (3D Secure) to protect the transaction.
- Every page runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
The currency you are charged in
Prices are shown in Jordanian dinars and US dollars, but card payments are charged in US dollars. If your invoice is in dinars, it is converted to dollars at the rate shown at checkout. If your card is in another currency, your bank may apply an exchange rate or an international transaction fee; these fees are your bank’s, not ours.
How the charge appears on your statement
The charge appears as STARTBIGGER HOSTING, possibly followed by the invoice number.

You can pay in dinars via CliQ or an e-wallet transfer to our account, and your order is activated within 4 business hours of confirming the transfer.
Fraud protection
We may review some orders before activating them and may ask you to confirm your identity if there are signs of fraud. If you notice a charge you do not recognise, contact us immediately at support@startbigger.com or on WhatsApp.
