Automatic renewal
All hosting plans and domains renew automatically at the end of their term (1, 2 or 3 years) at the same price listed when you bought them. If you have a saved card, the renewal amount is charged to it on the due date.
Reminders
- We issue the renewal invoice and email it to you 30 days before the due date.
- We send a reminder 7 days before the due date if the invoice is unpaid.
- If it remains unpaid, we send reminders 1, 7 and 14 days after the due date.
- Domains get additional reminders about one month and one week before expiry, and one within 5 days after expiry, as ICANN requires.
How to cancel
In the client area at sis.startbigger.com: open the service → “Request Cancellation”, and choose immediate cancellation or cancellation at the end of the paid term. To stop a domain from renewing, open the domain and turn off “Auto Renew”. You can also email us at support@startbigger.com. If you cancel within the guarantee period, the Refund Policy applies.
If an invoice is not paid
- The service is suspended 5 days after the due date if the invoice is unpaid, and is restored automatically once paid.
- A suspended service may be terminated and its data deleted 30 days after suspension, after we notify you by email.
What happens after cancellation
- Website, email and databases: remain available until the end of the paid term (or the date of an immediate cancellation), then are deleted. You can ask for a full copy of your account before then, or within 14 days of cancellation while it is still within the backup retention period.
- Domain: stays in your name. If you cancel hosting only, the domain continues until the end of its term and you can renew it with us or transfer it. We give you the transfer (EPP) code on request.
- Elementor Pro: we notify you on cancellation and deactivate it on your site 14 days after the notice; your site content remains yours.
