These terms apply to Start Bigger promotions and add to the Terms of Service. Every promotion we announce states its period and conditions; if a short ad conflicts with this page, this page prevails.
Launch offer: 12 months for the price of 10
- What it is: in your first year you pay the price of 10 months of the plan’s annual price, a discount equal to two months on your first year.
- Who it is for: the first 20 new customers only, who have not had a hosting account with us before. One offer per customer, household or company.
- What it applies to: any new hosting plan or Managed Site on the annual billing cycle. It does not apply to domains, add-ons or renewals.
- How: enter the coupon LAUNCH20 at checkout, or use the link that applies the coupon automatically.
- Period: until the 20 places are taken or until the date announced on the website, whichever comes first.
- Renewal: the discount applies to the first payment only. After the first year the plan renews at its full price listed on the plans page.
- Refunds: the 30-day guarantee applies, and the refund is the amount you actually paid.
- It cannot be combined with any other offer or discount and has no cash value.
General terms for all promotions
- We may refuse or cancel any order we suspect abuses a promotion, such as several accounts for the same person.
- We may end or change a promotion early, without affecting orders paid before the change.
