This policy explains how Start Bigger LLC collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use startbigger.com, the client area at sis.startbigger.com and our services. We are the controller of this data, and you can contact us at support@startbigger.com.
Data we collect
- Account and billing data: name, company, email, phone, address, country, and your order and invoice history.
- Payment data: you enter it directly with Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we keep only a Stripe reference, the last four digits, the card type and its expiry date.
- Domain registrant data: the name, address, email and phone required to register a domain under ICANN rules.
- Communications: support tickets, messages, WhatsApp chats and forms on the website.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, how you reached us (such as ad campaign identifiers), and server logs.
- Your website content: the files and data you host with us. We process it only to provide the service and access it only to fix a problem you ask us to fix, or for a security or legal reason.
Why we use it
- To provide, activate and renew services, process payments and register domains.
- To answer you and provide support, and to send invoices, reminders and important notices.
- To prevent fraud, protect accounts and servers, and comply with the law, including sanctions laws.
- To improve the website and measure advertising, using the analytics and advertising tools listed in the Cookie Policy.
- To send marketing messages only if you agreed to them; you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, to process card payments.
- Our domain registrar (eNom, a Tucows company) and domain registries, to register domains under ICANN rules.
- Our infrastructure provider, which runs our servers in a data centre in Germany.
- Analytics and advertising tools such as Google, Meta, TikTok and Microsoft Clarity, when enabled, as described in the Cookie Policy.
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to contact us there.
- Public authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
International transfers
Your data may be processed in the United States, Germany, Jordan and other countries where our providers operate, with appropriate contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep account and billing data while your account is active and then for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Website content is deleted after termination under the Cancellation Policy, and backups are deleted automatically when they expire.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, or object to marketing. Send your request to support@startbigger.com and we will reply within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep some data where the law requires it.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), account isolation, firewalls, malware scanning and limited staff access. No system is 100% secure, and we will tell you if a security incident affects your data.
Children
Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect children’s data.
