All our services are digital and delivered online. Nothing is shipped.
When your service is activated
- Card payment: your hosting account is created and activated automatically as soon as payment is confirmed, and login details are emailed within minutes.
- CliQ or e-wallet payment in Jordan: we activate the service within 4 business hours of confirming the transfer.
- Domain registration: sent to the registrar on payment and usually active within minutes; DNS propagation can take up to 24 hours.
- Domain transfer from another provider: usually completes within 5 to 7 days, depending on the current provider’s approval.
- Managed Site: we contact you within one business day of payment and deliver the site within 24 business hours of receiving all your content (logo, text and photos).
- Migrating your current site: within 24 to 48 hours of receiving access details.
How you receive the service
You receive a welcome email at your registered address, and all your services and invoices are in the client area at sis.startbigger.com. Managed Site customers receive a WordPress dashboard login; hosting customers log in to cPanel from the client area.
If activation is delayed
If your service is not active within the times above, contact us on WhatsApp or at support@startbigger.com. We may hold activation for a security review if an order looks suspicious, and we will tell you if we do.
