Us and you
We talk on WhatsApp about your business, pages and language. If your site fits in up to 3 pages in one language, it is the company profile website at its published price; otherwise we price it as a larger site. Either way, you get a written quote with pages, timeline, price and what you need to prepare.

Once you accept the quote, you pay 50% of the price and we send you a list of the content needed for each page.

Full content delivered
You
You send texts, images, logo and contact details. The 10-working-day timer starts the day your content is complete and covers design and revisions through delivery.

First draft on a preview link
Us
We build the site on a preview link you can open on your phone and computer before it goes public.

2 revision rounds
Us and you
You send your notes as one list per round, and we apply them on the same preview link. The timer pauses while you prepare your notes and resumes when they arrive.

Approval, final payment and launch
Us and you
When you approve, you pay the remaining 50%. We then launch the site on Managed Site under your domain and send you the published link and your WordPress dashboard login. That is delivery.

The 10 working days cover design, delivery and both revision rounds. They start the day we receive your full content, not the day you pay. The timer pauses while we wait for missing content or your revision notes, and resumes when they arrive.

What is a revision round?

A revision round is one combined list of your notes on the draft, sent together and applied together. The company profile website includes 2 rounds, both within the 10 working days.

A revision changes what is already there: text, an image, a color or the order of a section. Adding pages, a language or new features, or changing the whole site structure, is outside the scope.

If you need a third round or anything outside the scope, we send you the price in writing first, and nothing is done until you agree.

Who owns the site, and what happens after launch?

The site is yours. The domain is registered in your name, and you receive full WordPress admin access.

You can move your site to another host whenever you like, because it is built on WordPress and the files and access are yours.

We launch the site on Managed Site, our managed WordPress hosting, at JOD 99 / ⁦$139⁩ a year. It includes a free .com domain for the first year, updates, backups, security and access to your WordPress dashboard.

Managed Site does not include content edits. You edit texts and images yourself from your WordPress dashboard, or we send you a written price for the change.

After launch, our support team in Amman, Jordan answers you on WhatsApp in Arabic and English.

What does the company profile website price include?

It covers the design of up to 3 pages in one language on WordPress, with a WhatsApp button, contact form and map, a title and description for each page, a sitemap and Google Search Console setup, SSL, 2 revision rounds, and admin access with a short guide. It does not include content writing or translation, a logo or photography, or booking and payment systems.

Why are there two design prices?

The JOD 150 / ⁦$212⁩ price is a current offer that applies when your site is hosted on our Managed Site plan; the regular design price is JOD 250 / ⁦$353⁩. Managed Site is a separate yearly subscription at JOD 99 / ⁦$139⁩, which includes a free .com domain for the first year, updates, backups and security. The design is paid once, the subscription renews each year, and it does not include content edits.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Yes, if you ask within 14 days of your first payment and before the site is delivered. Delivery means we send you the published link and your WordPress dashboard login. After delivery the design fee is not refundable; the details are in our refund policy.

What if I need more than 3 pages or a second language?

That is a larger site, and we price it in a written quote before any payment. We send the quote within within 4 business hours, with pages, timeline and price. The same applies to a blog, a page per person or any extra feature, now or after launch.

How long does the website take?

The company profile website is delivered within 10 working days, and that includes design and both revision rounds. The count starts when we receive your full content and pauses while we wait for content or revision notes from you. For a larger site, the timeline is set in its written quote.

Who writes the website content?

You provide the texts, images and logo; content writing and translation are not included in the price. After the deposit we send a list of what each page needs, so preparing it is easier.

How do I pay?

You pay 50% to start and 50% on approval before launch. You can pay by card through a secure payment provider, charged in US dollars, and in Jordan you can also pay by CliQ.

Who owns the website and the domain?

You do. The domain is registered in your name, you receive full WordPress admin access, and you can move the site to another host whenever you like.

What if I don't like the first draft?

Before you pay, you see the live samples and agree the direction with us in the written quote. After the first draft you have 2 revision rounds to change texts, images, colors and section order. Changing the whole site structure is priced in writing before we do it.

Can I edit the site myself?

Yes. The site runs on WordPress, and at handover we show you how to edit texts and images. Managed Site does not include content edits, so if you would rather we make changes later, we send you the price in writing.
