Accounting firm websites

A clear website for your accounting firm that shows your services and licence

We design a WordPress company profile website for accounting, audit and financial or management consulting firms: up to 3 pages in one language, showing your services and what the firm delivers in each, licence numbers as the firm states them, and a contact form that accepts no files. It costs JOD 150 / ⁦$212⁩ when hosted on our Managed Site plan (current offer), or JOD 250 / ⁦$353⁩ at the regular design price, and design, delivery and 2 revision rounds take 10 working days after we receive your full content. A bilingual site, a page per service or a section for articles and tax reminders comes with a larger site by written quote, and no page promises lower taxes or any outcome.

  • Up to 3 pages in one language: home with licence and team, services and sectors, and contact and document handling
  • Design, delivery and 2 revision rounds in 10 working days after we receive your full content
  • Launched on Start Bigger's Managed Site with WhatsApp support, and the domain registered in your firm's name

We reply within within 4 business hours during business hours. No payment before a written quote, and nothing goes live until your firm approves it.

Everyday situations at an accounting firm, and what the website does

A start-up founder calls to ask: do you keep the books monthly? Do you help with e-invoicing and payroll?

A services page with a section per service showing what it covers, what the firm delivers and how often, so your staff send a link instead of explaining on every call.

Clients send bank statements and payroll sheets to a shared WhatsApp number or an inbox nobody is sure who reads.

A contact form that asks only for name, phone and a short message, accepts no files, warns against sending financial statements, and explains the channel your firm uses to receive documents.

A bank or foreign partner asks for the auditor's name and licence number before accepting a report, looks the firm up and finds only a phone number.

A home page that shows your certified accountants, licence numbers and memberships as your firm states them, in an official place you own and update.

An investor setting up a branch in Amman wants to read about your services in English before the first meeting.

An English site with services, sectors and licence details, or an English version alongside Arabic in a larger site, that you can share as a single link.

What does an accounting firm website include?

The company profile package covers up to 3 pages: home with the firm, its licence and team, services and sectors, and contact and document handling with the privacy notice. A page per service, a profile per partner, an articles and tax reminders section and a second language come with a larger site by written quote.

  1. Home: the firm, licence and team

    In the package

A short introduction, the certified accountants with their qualifications, licence numbers and memberships as the firm states them, a summary of services, and a button to get in touch by form or WhatsApp.

  2. Services and sectors

    In the package

One page with a section per service, such as bookkeeping, payroll, tax returns, audit, company formation and management consulting, showing what the firm delivers in each and when, followed by the sectors it serves.

  3. Contact, document handling and privacy

    In the package

A form with name, phone and a short message and no attachments, a warning not to send financial statements, a paragraph on how the firm receives documents, then address, map, opening hours and the privacy notice.

  4. A page per service

    In a larger site

A dedicated page for each service with the steps and the documents the firm usually asks for, which staff can send to anyone asking about that service.

  5. A profile per partner

    In a larger site

A page for each certified accountant or partner: professional qualifications, licence number, areas of work and languages, with a real photo if they wish.

  6. Articles and tax reminders

    In a larger site

General-information articles written by the firm, and seasonal reminders whose dates the firm takes from Income and Sales Tax Department announcements and updates itself, each with author, date and a note that it is not advice.

  7. Second language version

    In a larger site

A full English version alongside Arabic, or the reverse, each in its own direction, with translations the firm supplies or approves, because accounting terminology is its responsibility.

Features an accounting firm website needs, and why

A services table showing what is delivered and when

Business owners ask less about the name of a service than about what they will receive and how often. So each section shows what it covers, what the firm delivers and how often: monthly, quarterly, yearly or on request. It is included in the package.

Licence numbers and memberships as the firm states them

Anyone relying on an audit report needs to know who signed it. Each certified accountant gets fields for qualifications, licence number and memberships in the wording your firm approves, without superlative titles. In the package the team appears on the home page; a separate profile per partner comes with a larger site.

A contact form that accepts no files

Financial statements, bank statements and payroll are confidential and do not belong in a web form. The form asks for name, phone and a short message, warns against sending statements or account numbers, and the firm calls back. It is included in the package.

A clear note on how documents are handed over

The package does not include a portal for uploading financial documents. The site explains the channel your firm actually uses, such as delivery at the office, a dedicated email the firm specifies or the sharing tool in its accounting software, so clients know where to send files before they ask.

A list of the sectors the firm serves

A restaurant owner, contractor or charity wants to know the firm understands how their business works. We list sectors by their general names, with no company names or logos unless the company gives written permission. It is included in the package.

Dated articles and seasonal reminders

The same questions come back every tax season, and a dated article answers them and may appear in search, with no promise of a particular ranking. The firm writes them and updates the dates itself, and each carries the author and date. This section comes with a larger site by written quote.

Sample design

A sample accounting firm website

This is a sample we built for a fictional accounting and audit firm in Amman. All of its content is invented, and it is not a client's site. The sample is a larger bilingual site with sections the package does not include, such as articles; the package itself is up to 3 pages in one language.

  • A home page with fields for licence number, memberships and qualifications for each certified accountant
  • A services table showing what the firm delivers in each service and how often
  • A list of sectors the firm serves, with no company names
  • A contact form with name, phone and a short message, a warning not to send financial statements, and a note on the document channel
  • Dated general articles, and Arabic and English versions with a switch button between them

Professional rules, confidentiality and privacy: what to keep in mind

In Jordan, Article 4 of the 2006 Regulation on Practising the Chartered Accounting Profession, issued under the Chartered Accounting Profession Law No. 73 of 2003, prohibits a certified accountant from promoting themselves through any advertising medium in a way that harms the profession. So we build an informational site: services, licence and address, with no comparisons with other firms and no promise of lower taxes or any outcome.

The same article prohibits disclosing confidential information except where the law allows it. So our design carries no company names or figures from client files, and no logos without the owner's written permission. Articles 15 and 17 require a certified accountant's name and licence number to appear on reports and when working with a foreign auditor, which is why the site has a field for the licence number if your firm wants to show it.

We read the text as published on jordanianlaw.com, which mentions no amendment. Does an informational website itself count as advertising in that sense? We found no text that settles it. We suggest your firm confirms the text in force with the Jordanian Association of Certified Public Accountants before launch. Start Bigger gives no legal or tax opinion; your firm reviews and approves every text.

If your firm helps clients with the national e-invoicing system run by the Income and Sales Tax Department, we describe the service in your words and do not state who must use the system or its deadlines; your firm takes those from the department. The contact form collects the minimum, because Jordan's Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023 requires notifying people before their data is processed.

What does your accounting firm prepare before we start?

  • Names of the certified accountants and partners, their professional qualifications, and each licence number if you want to show it
  • The professional memberships and registrations your firm states, in their official wording
  • A list of services, with 3 to 5 lines per service: what it covers, what the firm delivers and how often
  • The sectors your firm serves, and any company name or logo you want to show with the owner's written permission
  • The channel your firm uses to receive financial documents, and the wording you want for the client notice
  • Your privacy policy text, and the email or number that should receive form messages
  • Address, opening hours, office map location, and your logo and brand guide if you have them
  • Articles and reminders written and approved by the firm, and approved translations, if you choose a larger site

How much does an accounting firm website cost?

An accounting firm company profile website of up to 3 pages in one language costs JOD 150 / ⁦$212⁩ when hosted on our Managed Site plan (current offer); the regular design price is JOD 250 / ⁦$353⁩. The Managed Site subscription is separate at JOD 99 / ⁦$139⁩ a year, and design, delivery and 2 revision rounds take 10 working days after we receive your full content. A bilingual site, a page per service or an articles and reminders section is a larger site, priced in a written quote before any payment.

Larger site

More than 3 pages, or a site in two languages

Written quote

Before any payment. We reply within 4 business hours

A firm serving foreign companies or their Jordanian branches that needs Arabic and English, a firm with a management consulting arm that wants a page per service, or one that wants an articles and tax reminders section. That is a larger site, priced in a written quote before any payment.

  • More pages than the company profile website, as you need
  • A second language, such as linked Arabic and English versions
  • A blog or articles section you publish from your dashboard
  • A page per person, such as doctors, lawyers or team members
  • Extra features agreed in the quote
  • A written quote with scope, price and timeline within within 4 business hours, before any payment
Ask for a quote

The JOD 150 / ⁦$212⁩ price is a current offer that applies when your site is hosted on our Managed Site plan at JOD 99 / ⁦$139⁩ a year; the regular design price is JOD 250 / ⁦$353⁩. You pay 50% to start and 50% when you approve the site before launch. If you ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and before the site is delivered (that is, before we send you the published link and your WordPress dashboard login), we refund what you paid; after delivery the design fee is not refundable. Refund policy

When do you need a larger site with a quote?

  • A second language, making the site Arabic and English
  • A separate page per service instead of one shared page
  • A separate profile per partner or certified accountant instead of a paragraph on the home page
  • An articles and tax reminders section, or moving published articles from an old site
  • More than one office with different addresses and maps, or a separate section for management consulting services

How we work: six steps from first message to launch

  1. 1

    Scope and written quote

    Us and you

We talk on WhatsApp about your business, pages and language. If your site fits in up to 3 pages in one language, it is the company profile website at its published price; otherwise we price it as a larger site. Either way, you get a written quote with pages, timeline, price and what you need to prepare.

  2. 2

    Deposit

    You

Once you accept the quote, you pay 50% of the price and we send you a list of the content needed for each page.

  3. 3

    Full content delivered

    You

You send texts, images, logo and contact details. The 10-working-day timer starts the day your content is complete and covers design and revisions through delivery.

  4. 4

First draft on a preview link

    Us

We build the site on a preview link you can open on your phone and computer before it goes public.

  5. 5

    2 revision rounds

    Us and you

You send your notes as one list per round, and we apply them on the same preview link. The timer pauses while you prepare your notes and resumes when they arrive.

  6. 6

    Approval, final payment and launch

    Us and you

When you approve, you pay the remaining 50%. We then launch the site on Managed Site under your domain and send you the published link and your WordPress dashboard login. That is delivery.

The 10 working days cover design, delivery and both revision rounds. They start the day we receive your full content, not the day you pay. The timer pauses while we wait for missing content or your revision notes, and resumes when they arrive. Revisions, ownership and payment

Common questions about accounting firm websites

Does an accounting firm website count as prohibited promotion under Jordan's professional regulation?

We found no text that settles it. Article 4 of the Regulation on Practising the Chartered Accounting Profession prohibits self-promotion that harms the profession, and does not mention informational websites. What we build is an informational site with no comparisons or promises, which your firm reviews and approves; the profession's body has the final word.

Can clients upload their financial statements through the website?

No. The package does not include a document upload portal, and the contact form accepts no files and warns against sending financial statements. The site explains the channel your firm actually uses, and documents stay in that channel.

Will the site say the firm lowers taxes, or name the companies it serves?

We don't write tax promises such as "we'll cut your taxes", because the result depends on each client's documents and the law in force. We show sectors instead of company names, since confidentiality is part of the profession's rules. Any name or logo is added only with the owner's written permission and at your firm's responsibility.

Does this work for a freelance accountant or a management consulting firm?

Yes. A freelance accountant may only need a single page with services, licence number and contact details. A management consulting firm uses the same structure, with services such as budgets, feasibility studies and financial systems instead of audit.

Will you mention the national e-invoicing system on the services page?

If your firm offers that help, we describe it on the services page the way your firm does, such as registering in the system and organising invoice issuing. Who must use the system and its deadlines come from the Income and Sales Tax Department, and your firm updates the page itself from the dashboard.

Can the site be in Arabic and English?

The company profile website is in one language of your choice. A bilingual site is a larger site, priced in a written quote before any payment, and suits firms that serve foreign companies or their branches. Your firm supplies or approves the accounting translation.

Will the firm appear on Google Maps?

We place your office map on the contact page. Appearing on Maps happens through a separate Google Business Profile that your firm decides on and manages. Google's guidelines allow a profile for the firm and one for a public-facing practitioner, forbid stuffing the name with words like "tax" or "audit", and exclude virtual offices.

My firm is in Saudi Arabia. Is anything different?

We have not yet verified the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants' rules on advertising, so we don't cite them. We write the site in the same informational style, with no promises or client names, and your firm checks the rules with the Organization before launch.
