Websites for contractors and engineering offices

A contractor website that shows your completed projects and takes quote requests

We design a WordPress company profile website for contracting companies and engineering offices in Jordan and Saudi Arabia, built around a project gallery: before, during and after photos, with the location, scope and year of each project. It has up to 3 pages in one language: Home with your services, credentials and profile PDF, Projects, and Request a Quote. It costs JOD 150 / ⁦$212⁩ when hosted on our Managed Site plan (current offer), or JOD 250 / ⁦$353⁩ at the regular design price, and design, delivery and revisions take 10 working days once we have all your content.

  • Up to 3 pages in one language: Home with services and credentials, Projects, Request a Quote
  • Design, delivery and 2 revision rounds within 10 working days after we receive all your content
  • JOD 150 / ⁦$212⁩ with Managed Site hosting (current offer), domain registered in your name, full admin access

We reply within within 4 business hours. No payment before we agree in writing on pages, price and timeline.

From scattered WhatsApp photos to a site that shows your work in order

An owner or consultant asks for photos of past projects, and you send dozens of images on WhatsApp with no order or explanation.

A project gallery sorted by type, with before, during and after photos plus location, scope and year for each project. You send one link instead of dozens of photos.

Quote requests arrive incomplete: no project type, no location, no area, so the call is spent asking basic questions.

A quote form that asks for project type, location and approximate area, delivered to an email on your company domain, plus a WhatsApp button for people who prefer to chat.

Your company profile PDF is large, bounces or gets lost by email, and old versions keep circulating.

A download button for your profile PDF on the home page, next to your credentials. You update the file in one place, and everyone gets the current version.

A consultant asks for your classification grade and certificates before inviting you to bid, and you dig through your phone for photos of them.

A credentials section on the home page showing the classification grade, certificates and memberships you choose to display, exactly as they appear on your documents.

What does a contractor website include?

A contractor company profile website has up to 3 pages: Home with services and credentials, the project gallery, and Request a Quote. A page per service or per project, articles and a second language come with a larger site, priced in a written quote.

  1. Home: Services, About & Credentials

    In the package

Your type of work in two lines (construction, finishing, infrastructure, maintenance, engineering design and supervision), a short section per service, an about section, your classification grade and certificates if you want to show them, and a download button for your company profile PDF. Any numbers here are only the ones you give us.

  2. Projects (gallery)

    In the package

A card for each project on one page: before, during and after photos, city or district, scope of work and year. You add new projects yourself from the dashboard.

  3. Request a Quote & Contact

    In the package

A form with project type, location and area, a WhatsApp button, an email on your company domain, and a map to your office.

  4. Page per service (larger site)

    In a larger site

A detailed page for each service, such as structural works, insulation, maintenance, or design and supervision for an engineering office, linked to projects of the same type.

  5. Page per project (larger site)

    In a larger site

A separate page for each project with more photos and a description of each stage, plus gallery filters by type, city and year. Suits companies with many projects.

  6. Articles (larger site)

    In a larger site

Articles you write about construction stages, insulation options or what an owner prepares before a permit, so visitors find answers and see your expertise.

Features a contractor website needs, and why

Gallery with before, during and after photos

A handover photo alone does not show build quality. Progress photos show the concrete, services and insulation before they are covered, which is what owners and consultants look for. In the company profile website, the Projects page shows a selection of your work.

Fixed details for every project, added from the dashboard

Owners want a project like theirs in type and city. We set up a project template with location, scope and year fields, so you add each new project yourself, and visitors can tell work you delivered in full from work where you did one part.

Compressed images and a gallery that loads as you scroll

The gallery is the heaviest part of the site. We resize and compress photos before upload and load gallery images as the visitor scrolls, so it opens on a phone without a long wait.

Quote form with project type, location and area

Those three fields are enough for a rough estimate or to book a site visit. Requests go to an email on your company domain, which clients trust more than a free mailbox.

Credentials and profile PDF on the home page

Consultants and project owners ask for your company profile before inviting bids. We put it on the home page with your grade and certificates, so it fits within the company profile website and saves you sending it every time.

Large gallery or bilingual site: a larger site

If you have many projects and want a page per project and gallery filters, or you deal with consultants and partners in English, that goes beyond 3 pages or one language. We price it in a written quote before any payment.

Sample contractor website

This is a sample we built for a fictional contracting company, with made-up content and illustrative images. It is not a client site. Open it on your phone and computer to see the structure; some of what it shows may need a larger site, and the pages in the company profile website are listed above.

  • A project gallery, and a project card with before, during and after photos plus location, scope and year
  • A quote form with project type, location and area fields
  • A credentials page with space for a classification grade and certificates, and a profile PDF download button
  • A sticky WhatsApp button on mobile and a phone number you can tap to call

Classification, certificates and logos: what we show and what we don't

We put no numbers about your company on the site except the ones you give us, such as years in business, completed projects or built area. We do not add logos of official bodies or clients, or names of project owners, without their written permission.

In Jordan, we show your classification grade if you want to show it, worded exactly as on your classification certificate. We do not verify your grade or certificates such as ISO; keeping them accurate and current is your responsibility, so update them on the site when you renew.

In Saudi Arabia, the Contractors Authority regulates the contracting sector. If your company is registered with it, we can show your registration details as they appear on your documents. We have not confirmed any rules on displaying them online, so check with the Authority.

The quote form collects personal data such as name and phone number, and Jordan's Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023 governs how it is processed. So the form asks only for what is needed to price the job, with a link to your privacy policy.

What should a contracting company prepare before we start?

  • Your logo in good quality, and company colors if you have them
  • The projects you want to show, each with type, city, scope of work and year
  • Before, during and after photos for each project at original resolution, that you have the right to publish, and the owner's consent if your agreement requires it
  • Your list of services, with two or three lines on each
  • Your classification certificate, certificates and memberships, if you want to show them
  • The latest version of your company profile PDF
  • Any numbers you want to show about the company, as long as they are real and you can document them
  • Your WhatsApp number, phone, office address and the email address you want on your company domain

The JOD 150 / ⁦$212⁩ price is a current offer that applies when your site is hosted on our Managed Site plan at JOD 99 / ⁦$139⁩ a year; the regular design price is JOD 250 / ⁦$353⁩. You pay 50% to start and 50% when you approve the site before launch. When do you need a larger site with a quote?

  • More than 3 pages, such as a separate page for each service or for credentials
  • A large gallery with a detailed page per project, or filters by several criteria at once, such as type, city and year
  • A large number of projects that you want us to upload and organize, instead of adding them yourself from the dashboard
  • File or drawing uploads in the quote form
  • A second language, such as English for consultants and partners

How we work: six steps from first message to launch

  1. 1

    Scope and written quote

    Us and you

We talk on WhatsApp about your business, pages and language. If your site fits in up to 3 pages in one language, it is the company profile website at its published price; otherwise we price it as a larger site. Either way, you get a written quote with pages, timeline, price and what you need to prepare.

  2. 2

    Deposit

    You

Once you accept the quote, you pay 50% of the price and we send you a list of the content needed for each page.

  3. 3

    Full content delivered

    You

You send texts, images, logo and contact details. The 10-working-day timer starts the day your content is complete and covers design and revisions through delivery.

  4. 4

First draft on a preview link

    Us

We build the site on a preview link you can open on your phone and computer before it goes public.

  5. 5

    2 revision rounds

    Us and you

You send your notes as one list per round, and we apply them on the same preview link. The timer pauses while you prepare your notes and resumes when they arrive.

  6. 6

    Approval, final payment and launch

    Us and you

When you approve, you pay the remaining 50%. We then launch the site on Managed Site under your domain and send you the published link and your WordPress dashboard login. That is delivery.

The 10 working days cover design, delivery and both revision rounds. They start the day we receive your full content, not the day you pay. The timer pauses while we wait for missing content or your revision notes, and resumes when they arrive. Revisions, ownership and payment

Questions about websites for contractors and engineering offices

Do you design the company profile PDF itself?

No. We design the website and put the profile file you already have in the credentials section of the home page for download. Designing a PDF profile or brochure is a separate service and is not included.

Can I add a new project myself?

Yes. We set up a project template in the WordPress dashboard with fields for photos, location, scope and year. You fill in the fields and upload the photos, and the project appears in the gallery.

Will lots of project photos slow the site down?

Many photos make any site heavier, so we resize and compress them before upload and load them as the visitor scrolls. We also suggest picking the clearest photos for each project rather than uploading all of them.

I have no before photos for my older projects. What then?

We show what you have. An older project can appear with handover photos only, and new projects can be documented stage by stage from now on.

Can I show the logos of organizations I have built for?

Only with written permission from each one. Without it, we describe the project, its type and city, without the owner's name or logo.

Do you verify the classification grade and certificates I display?

No. We show what you give us, as it appears on your documents, and its accuracy is your responsibility. If your grade changes or a certificate expires, you can update it from the dashboard.

My company is in Saudi Arabia. Can you work with me remotely?

Yes. Our team is in Amman, Jordan, and we work with you on WhatsApp and email from scope to launch. We use photos of your real projects, and any licensed image we use as a placeholder is marked as temporary until you replace it.

I run an engineering office and most of my work is designs not yet built. Does the gallery suit me?

Yes. We show 3D renders and drawings clearly labeled as Design or Under construction, kept apart from completed projects with real photos, so visitors do not confuse the two.
