Welcome to CSS Tracker (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the CSS Tracker Chrome Extension or accessing our website at [startbigger.com] (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

### 1. License and Acceptable Use<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the CSS Tracker extension strictly in accordance with these Terms and your active subscription plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

**You agree NOT to:**<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Use the extension in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Resell, sublicense, or distribute your license key or account credentials to unauthorized third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Use the extension to scrape, relentlessly extract, or maliciously attack web servers or third-party websites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Use the tool to infringe on the copyright or intellectual property of third-party designs. The CSS and assets you extract are for inspirational, educational, and personal development workflows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

### 2. Accounts and Subscription Plans<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You must register an account (via WHMCS on our platform) to access specific features of CSS Tracker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– **Free (Developer) Plan:**<\/strong> Limited to 100 scans per month and 1 active device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– **Premium (Agency) Plan:**<\/strong> Grants unlimited scans and allows usage on up to 5 active devices simultaneously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– **Enterprise (Team) Plan:**<\/strong> Grants unlimited scans, bulk asset export features, and usage on up to 15 active devices for team collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

### 3. Payments, Billing, and Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All payments are securely processed through our billing portal (WHMCS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– **Billing Cycle:**<\/strong> Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– **Automatic Renewal:**<\/strong> Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– **Cancellations:**<\/strong> You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Client Area dashboard. Cancellation will stop future charges, but your premium access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– **Refund Policy:**<\/strong> Due to the digital nature of the software, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience insurmountable technical issues that our support team cannot resolve within 14 days of your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund at our sole discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

### 4. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– **Our IP:**<\/strong> All rights, title, and interest in and to the CSS Tracker extension, including its source code, design, logos, and features, are exclusively owned by StartBigger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– **Your Output:**<\/strong> CSS Tracker acts purely as an inspection tool. We do not claim ownership over the CSS code, color palettes, or assets you extract from third-party websites. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of extracted code does not violate the copyright or intellectual property rights of the original website owners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

### 5. Termination<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. If your account is terminated for violating acceptable use policies, no refunds will be issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

### 6. Disclaimer of Warranties<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We do not warrant that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Any errors or defects will be corrected immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. The results obtained from the use of the Service will be perfectly accurate or reliable across all possible web frameworks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
